Buying organic fruit using the box scheme
There are two ways of ordering fruit - you can order a weekly
fruit box or make a fruit 'A La Carte' order. All the fruit we
supply is certified organic and our bananas are Fairtrade. We
use East Anglian and UK fruit whenever possible.
Seasonal fruit boxes.
This is a particularly economical way of buying a selection
of organic fruit. Each week we select a range of organic fruit
which is packed with regard to your individual preferences. You
only get fruit you like if there are items you would prefer
never to have, you can let us know (more about this).
Boxes are available in four sizes: £3.25, £5.40, £8.60
and £12.90. If you are also ordering vegetables, there is no
extra delivery charge for fruit. Otherwise, delivery costs are
as shown below.

What's in the seasonal fruit boxes?
Depending on your preferences (more
about preferences...), each weekly box normally has set quantities
of staples apples and bananas. In addition there are a number
of other fruit which are changed from week to week. A £3.25
box will have three types of fruit, while a £12.90 will tend
to have five. For the range of fruit that may be available

'A La Carte' fruit
As with vegetables, you can order specific quantities of fruit
and vary these each week. We produce a price list every 1-2 months
to indicate what fruit are likely to be available. You can place
a regular order for given quantities of fruit (e.g. 5 bananas,
1kg apples and a lemon) or send us a shopping list each week.
